  • Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems independently and as part of a team.
  • Follow safety and environmental protocols when handling chemicals and equipment.
  • Attend meetings, training, and workshops to stay updated on best practices.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC components, including pumps, motors, air handlers, and piping.
  • Use standard measurement tools and follow instructions for precise work.
  • Install new heating and air conditioning systems for improved efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Follow service guidelines and meet customer expectations.
  • Assist customers by answering questions and providing expert advice.
  • Minimum Training, Experience and Knowledge Required:

    ⇢ 5+ years of HVAC experience
    with a commitment to continued learning.
    Valid driver’s license required.
    ⇢ Strong knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems.
    ⇢ Experience with boiler systems and HVAC water/air balancing.
    ⇢ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    ⇢ Willing to mentor and train apprentices.
    ⇢ NATE certification preferred
    ⇢ Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
    ⇢ Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
    ⇢ Clean driving record

    Duties

    ⇢ Supervise and manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
    ⇢ Conduct site visits to assess and diagnose HVAC system issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations for repair or maintenance.
    ⇢ Ensure that all HVAC systems are installed, maintained, and serviced in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

    Requirements

    ⇢ A strong background in HVAC repair and maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field.
    ⇢ Proven mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems.
    ⇢ A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
    ⇢ Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of technicians.
    ⇢ A high level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
    ⇢ A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the level of service provided.

    ⇢ Mini-splits, VRF systems, Hydro-Air, Forced hot air systems, etc.
    ⇢ Perform routine maintenance on systems
    ⇢ Diagnose and troubleshoot problems said systems
    ⇢ Communicate with customers to explain repair and maintenance options
    ⇢ Provide customers with estimates for repair and maintenance work
    ⇢ Sell additional HVAC products and services to customers

    Skills

    ⇢ At least 3 years of experience in HVAC service
    ⇢ Certification from an accredited HVAC training program
    ⇢ A high understanding of low voltage
    ⇢ A high understanding of ductless technology, & residential refrigeration systems
