Minimum Training, Experience and Knowledge Required:
⇢ 5+ years of HVAC experience with a commitment to continued learning.
⇢ Valid driver’s license required.
⇢ Strong knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems.
⇢ Experience with boiler systems and HVAC water/air balancing.
⇢ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
⇢ Willing to mentor and train apprentices.
⇢ NATE certification preferred
⇢ Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
⇢ Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
⇢ Clean driving record

Mandatory 3-5 Years’ Experience within the HVACResidential Industry – Do not apply without HVAC experience.
Technical School diploma or certificate of completion
Knowledge of HVAC equipment, tools, and materials.
Extensive technical skills within the trade

About the Responsibilities
⇢ Directly manages Service staff members. This includes but is not limited to: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
⇢ Stay abreast of industry technological developments and convey this knowledge to team members
⇢ Coordinate team member activities to ensure individual and team goals are consistently achieved; ensure team members are working up to the highest standards in all aspects of their positions; conduct regular meetings with team members to review company policy and procedures, performance, quality, and safety statistics.

⇢ Ensure employees provide superior customer service; conduct ride-a-longs with Service Technicians

Duties
⇢ Supervise and manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
⇢ Conduct site visits to assess and diagnose HVAC system issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations for repair or maintenance.
⇢ Ensure that all HVAC systems are installed, maintained, and serviced in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
⇢ Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules for HVAC systems, including routine inspections and repairs.
⇢ Conduct field service and appliance repair, using a variety of tools and equipment, including an ohmmeter.
⇢ Demonstrate strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems.
⇢ Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the level of service provided.
⇢ Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that all HVAC services are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
⇢ Maintain a high level of safety and quality control, ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe and professional manner.
⇢ Develop and implement training programs for HVAC technicians, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
⇢ A strong background in HVAC repair and maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field.
⇢ Proven mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems.
⇢ A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
⇢ Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of technicians.
⇢ A high level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
⇢ A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the level of service provided.
⇢ A strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
⇢ The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
⇢ A strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry standards.
⇢ The ability to operate an ohmmeter and other specialized equipment.

Duties
⇢ Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential properties especially:
⇢ Mini-splits, VRF systems, Hydro-Air, Forced hot air systems, etc.
⇢ Perform routine maintenance on systems
⇢ Diagnose and troubleshoot problems said systems
⇢ Communicate with customers to explain repair and maintenance options
⇢ Provide customers with estimates for repair and maintenance work
⇢ Sell additional HVAC products and services to customers
Skills
⇢ At least 3 years of experience in HVAC service
⇢ Certification from an accredited HVAC training program
⇢ A high understanding of low voltage
⇢ A high understanding of ductless technology, & residential refrigeration systems
⇢ Excellent customer service and communication skills
⇢ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
⇢ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
