Step 2:
Custom Design & Proposal
We develop a custom heat pump solution tailored to your home’s layout and performance needs. Your proposal includes optimized system design, rebate-eligible options, and a clear step-by-step breakdown of your installation journey.

Step 3:
Client Onboarding
We align the timeline, set key milestones, and assign your dedicated Project Coordinator. This is where installation and walkthroughs are booked, permits and rebates are initiated, and the full project file is built to ensure seamless execution.

Step 4:
Mass Save® Kickoff

Step 6:
Installation Execution
Our installation teams deliver clean, efficient work with minimal disruption. Your system is commissioned, tested, and introduced to you during a full system walkthrough.

Post-Installation Care
